They'll test your existing battery on the spot using a proper load tester — sometimes it just needs a jump and a check-up. If it genuinely needs replacing, we install a new battery right there in your parking spot. No tow truck, no wasted morning.

For everyday consumables — brake pads, filters, wipers, bulbs — we offer two tiers: OEM and premium aftermarket, and let you choose based on budget. Whatever goes into your car is listed on the invoice with the exact part number, so you can verify it independently any time.

Routine jobs — battery replacement, oil and filter service, brake pads, AC re-gas — are done in under two hours and you can wait in our lounge. Larger repairs like timing belts, AC compressor swaps, or gearbox work usually take one to three working days depending on parts availability. You'll receive a realistic timeline with the quote, plus WhatsApp updates as the job progresses so you're never wondering where things stand.

Usually one of three things: a weak cooling fan that can't pull enough air through the condenser at low speed, low refrigerant pressure, or a tired compressor struggling at engine idle. In Dubai heat all three get worse quickly and can stress the rest of the system. Both the parts we supplied and the labour we performed are covered. If anything we repaired fails within 90 days of the service date — same component, same issue — we fix it again at no charge, and we cover the recovery cost if your car can't be driven back to us. Unrelated faults or normal wear-and-tear aren't included, but we'll always inspect the car first before charging anything.

The main workshop runs six days a week, with reduced hours on Friday. Our emergency recovery, mobile battery service, and roadside assistance operate 24/7 — including Fridays and public holidays. For larger repairs that need the full workshop bay, we recommend pre-booking a Saturday or weekday morning slot to avoid waiting time.

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and direct bank transfer are all accepted, alongside cash. For invoices above AED 1,500, payment can be split into two or three interest-free instalments — just mention it when you approve the quote and we'll set it up. A full breakdown invoice is emailed to you for your own records or insurance claims.
